Mogán is located 12 km from the port city of Puerto de Mogan, borders San Bartolome de Tirajana and has about 19,700 inhabitants. In fact, in former times it was an artists' village and the artists have left their traces in the small village. Already at the entrance of the village you will discover individually designed houses with extraordinary and colourful decorations and you will feel a special atmosphere that will immediately captivate you. The emblem of the village is the "Molino de viento" which means windmill. This authentic copy of a grain mill with a diameter of 12 meters and was restored in 1998. You could not have chosen a better place for this property, which I would like to present to you now. I would describe it that way, extraordinary, loving, crazy, imaginative, creative and much more, whereby the judgement is up to everybody. I was very enthusiastic about this property and therefore I am glad that I could include it in my offer. The owner has been running a restaurant here for many years (all necessary permits available), in which the offer is not limited to food and drinks, but there are many artistic and also curious things to discover. The offer includes new or used clothes, beautiful pictures and ceramics, all sewn, painted and fired by the owner. Next to a special pizza oven there is a kiln for ceramics. There is a large, beautiful terrace with a view of the mountains and the blue sky, weather permitting, as a roof can be completely opened or closed. The house is located in the middle of the village and therefore it is very well situated for those who would like to continue as a special restaurant, certainly interesting. If this is not the case and you simply fall in love with the property, which offers 185 m2 + cellar 55 m2, it is no problem to completely convert the house into a residential property. As the owner assured me, there is a permission to add 2 floors to the house, should that be desired.
